The Work Ready, Wealth Ready Fellowship equips young people ages
14–22 with the tools and mindset to transition confidently into adulthood. Over the course of 10–12 weeks, fellows learn the fundamentals of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership — while gaining hands-on experience that prepares them for meaningful work and long-term stability.

This is more than a skills program — it’s a cohort experience that builds community, confidence, and purpose.
